ARZIR primarily manufactures large industrial machines, which are typically:

For this reason, most machines cannot be returned once production has started.

Orders may be cancelled under the following conditions:
Before production begins:
Customers may request cancellation, and deposits may be refunded after deducting administrative costs.
After production begins:
Cancellation may not be possible because materials and manufacturing have already been arranged.
3. Defective or Damaged Products
If a machine arrives damaged or has manufacturing defects, ARZIR will provide appropriate solutions, which may include:

- Replacement parts
- Remote troubleshooting
- On-site service (if applicable)
Customers must report the issue within 7 days of receiving the machine.
4. Warranty Support
All ARZIR machines are covered by a warranty period specified in the sales contract.
Warranty services may include:
- Free replacement of defective parts
- Technical guidance
- Maintenance instructions
Warranty terms may vary depending on machine type and contract agreement.
5. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are generally non-returnable:
- Customized machines
- Used machinery
- Machines modified after delivery
- Machines damaged due to improper operation
6. Refund Processing
If a refund is approved, it will be processed using the original payment method where possible.
Refund processing times may vary depending on the payment method and banking procedures.
