Powerful Industrial Shredder Solutions
From single-shaft and double-shaft shredders to four-shaft and hammer shredders — ARZIR delivers heavy-duty shredding solutions for metals, tires, plastics, e-waste, and bulky materials.
Choose the Right Industrial Shredder
We manufacture four main types of industrial shredders to match your material profile, throughput demands, and output size requirements. Every model is fully customizable.
Single-Shaft Shredder
High-torque single-shaft shredders with hydraulic pusher system and interchangeable sizing screens. Ideal for precise, consistent output sizing of plastics, wood, paper, rubber, films, and light metals in a single pass.
Double-Shaft Shredder
Heavy-duty twin-shaft shredders with counter-rotating blades delivering aggressive primary shredding of tires, scrap metals, e-waste, bulky waste, and mixed materials. Low-speed, high-torque design minimizes dust and noise.
Four-Shaft Shredder
Premium four-shaft shredders with integrated sizing screen that achieves uniform particle output in a single pass. Ideal for e-waste, medical waste, confidential documents, hazardous materials, and any application requiring precise, consistent output control.
Hammer Shredder
High-speed hammer shredders (hammer mills) with rotating hammer assemblies for fine-size reduction of scrap metal, car bodies, white goods, and mixed ferrous/non-ferrous materials. Produces liberation-grade output ready for downstream magnetic and eddy-current separation.
What Can Our Shredders Process?
ARZIR shredders handle virtually any solid waste stream — from scrap metals and tires to plastics, e-waste, and industrial byproducts.
Scrap Metal
Steel, aluminum, copper, mixed metals
Tires & Rubber
OTR tires, car tires, conveyor belts
Plastics
HDPE, PET, PVC, PP, lumps, pipes
E-Waste
PCBs, cables, appliances, monitors
Wood & Pallets
Demolition wood, pallets, crates
Bulky Waste
Mattresses, furniture, mixed MSW
Industrial Shredder Working Principle
Our industrial shredders follow a proven process to reduce oversized materials into uniform, manageable pieces for downstream processing or direct recycling.
Material Feeding
Raw materials are loaded into the hopper via conveyor, grab bucket, or manual feeding. The hopper is designed to prevent bridging and ensure consistent infeed.
Primary Shredding
Rotating shafts with interlocking blades (or high-speed hammers) grip, tear, and shear materials into smaller pieces. Hydraulic systems auto-reverse on overload.
Screen Sizing
Shredded material passes through a sizing screen. Oversized pieces are recirculated for further reduction until the desired output size is achieved.
Discharge & Separation
Correctly-sized output is discharged onto conveyors for downstream sorting, magnetic separation, eddy current separation, or direct transport.
Engineered for Tough Materials, Built to Last
Every ARZIR shredder is designed, manufactured, and tested in our own factory — giving you direct access to a proven OEM partner with 12+ years of experience.
High Torque, Low Speed
Low-RPM, high-torque shaft design provides aggressive material engagement with minimal dust, noise, and energy consumption compared to high-speed alternatives.
Premium Blade Engineering
D2/Cr12MoV alloy steel blades (HRC 58–62) with modular, individually replaceable design. Extended service life with field-replaceable inserts and spare blades shipped in 3–5 days.
Smart PLC Automation
Siemens/ABB PLC with touch-screen HMI for one-button operation, auto-reverse on overload, programmable cycle control, and remote diagnostics via IoT integration.
Heavy-Duty Construction
Welded Q345B steel frame, hardened shaft assemblies, premium SKF bearings, and wear-resistant chamber liners ensure years of reliable, low-maintenance service.
Fully Customizable
Motor power, shaft speed, blade configuration, chamber size, screen mesh, hopper design, voltage, PLC brand, and color — every shredder is configured to your exact operational requirements.
Global Support & Pricing
Factory-direct pricing with no middlemen. 12-month warranty, lifetime tech support, spare parts shipped in 3–5 days, and on-site services in 100+ countries worldwide.
Industries That Rely on Industrial Shredders
From metal recycling yards to waste-to-energy plants, our shredders serve the demanding needs of global recycling and waste management industries.
Scrap Metal Recycling
Shred heavy and mixed scrap metals into manageable pieces for furnace charging and material recovery.
Tire Recycling
Process end-of-life tires into rubber chips and crumb for TDF, playground surfaces, or pyrolysis feedstock.
E-Waste Processing
Shred circuit boards, cables, and appliances for precious metal recovery and hazardous material handling.
Waste-to-Energy
Pre-shred RDF/SRF feedstock to uniform sizes for efficient combustion in waste-to-energy plants.
Automotive Recycling
Shred end-of-life vehicles, body panels, and auto parts for ferrous/non-ferrous metal separation.
Plastic Recycling
Size-reduce plastic lumps, pipes, containers, and films for regranulation and pelletizing lines.
Data Destruction
Securely shred hard drives, SSDs, tapes, and confidential documents to certified particle sizes.
Construction & Demolition
Shred wood waste, drywall, roofing materials, and mixed C&D debris for recycling or landfill diversion.
