Material Loading
Loose scrap metal, cardboard, plastics, or other recyclables are loaded into the baler’s compression chamber — manually, by conveyor, or via grab crane.
Hydraulic Compression
The hydraulic ram applies up to 500+ tons of force, compressing material from multiple directions into a dense, uniform block or bale.
Bale Tying & Ejection
The finished bale is automatically tied with steel wire (or strapping) and ejected from the chamber, ready for stacking or transport.
Transport & Smelting
